HostGator - The best reseller web hosting company. Create unlimited web sites under your own packages, prices, and brand. The best part is that you keep 100% of the money you collect. Perfect for flipping websites for profits (see Project Archimedes review).

Keyword & Competitor Research Tools

Traffic Travis - An all-in-one tool for search engine optimization, pay-per-click monitoring and general market research. The key benefit for more experienced users is providing a one-stop-shop for search engine optimization, rather than relying on multiple tools on multiple websites. Being able to easily cross-reference information is also a very important benefit, and allows users to save a considerable amount of time when researching their market and competitors.

WordTracker - Wordtracker helps identify keywords and phrases that are relevant and most likely to be used as queries by search engine visitors. It can also determine how many competing sites are using those keywords and can identify the phrases that have the greatest traffic potential.

KeyCompete - Online keyword research tool that identifies the keywords your competitors are using in their pay-per-click campaigns. KeyCompete also identifies the competition that is bidding on your keywords.

Long Tail AdWords | Keywords - The benefit of using long tail keywords in your campaigns is the reduced cost per lead with a higher conversion rate.

Email List Manager & Auto Responder

AWeber - THE best and most affordable autoresponder in the industry. Their system is very easy to use and super reliable. The folks also have a very active blog with excellent articles on making your email marketing campaigns even better.

Order Processing

ClickBank - If you are selling a digital product, this is an excellent choice because of their built in affiliate program. ClickBank currently have more than 10,000 products and pay affiliates on time every two weeks.

PayPal - If you decide not to use ClickBank, PayPal is a great alternative. Open a business account and start taking payments over the Internet!

Affiliate Networks

ClickBank - Our obvious choice (see above for description).

Commission Junction - A reputable affiliate network and covers a wide range of physical products and a few digital products from large and small merchants. Simple and easy to use user interface with each merchant's network earnings ranking visible.

LinkShare- Another reputable affiliate network covering a wide range of products. User interface could be improved. A lot of merchants approve applications manually so might be some undesirable delays involved.

Google Affiliate Network - Formerly Performics, more and more large companies are moving over from Commission Junction and LinkShare. Now owned by Google, we hope to see a better user interface in the near future and throw in some Google innovative energy to this otherwise standard affiliate network.
