What We Collect, Why, And What We Never Touch

No analytics. No advertising pixels. No access to your Google Ads account.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

Short version: we collect what is needed to sell you a digital product, give you an account to read it in, and answer your email. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we have no access to your Google Ads account.

Who “we” is

This site is operated by ROAS Performance LLC, the seller of the PPC Profits products. For anything in this policy, write to support@ppc-profits.com. A human reads it.

When you buy

Checkout runs on Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. What reaches our systems is your email address, confirmation that the payment succeeded, and a payment reference.

We use that record to give you access, handle refunds and answer support email. Your statement will show ROAS PERFORMANCE.

Your members account

To read what you bought, you get an account on this site. In our own database we store:

  • Your email address, which is also your login.
  • A hashed version of your password. We cannot read your password, and nobody here can tell you what it is.
  • Your orders, and which products they gave you access to.
  • Your progress through the material: which lessons you have marked complete.

That is the lot. There is no profile being built here.

Email we send you

Transactional email goes out because you bought something or asked for it: order confirmation, account access, password resets, refund confirmations. It is sent through Resend, our email provider.

Marketing email only if you explicitly ask for it, and only through a double opt-in: you enter your address, then confirm by clicking a link in an email we send. If you do not confirm, you are not on the list. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, with no reason required and no retention questions. Buying something does not put you on a marketing list.

Hosting and server logs

The site runs on Vercel. Like every web host, their infrastructure keeps standard server logs of requests: IP addresses, timestamps, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string. That is ordinary operational and security data. We do not use it to profile you or to target advertising.

Cookies

We set a cookie for one purpose: keeping you logged in to your members account. Without it you would have to sign in on every page.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party tracking cookies on this site. Stripe may set cookies on the payment step for fraud prevention, which is part of taking a card payment safely.

What we do not run

Worth stating plainly, because most sites in this category do run all of it:

  • No Google Analytics, and no other web analytics package.
  • No Meta pixel, no Google Ads remarketing tag, and no other advertising pixels.
  • No session replay, heatmaps or scroll tracking.
  • No data brokers, and no sharing with ad-network audiences.

If that ever changes, this page changes first. See Changes at the bottom.

What we never see: your Google Ads account

Our products teach you to run campaigns in your own Google Ads account. We have no login to it, no linked manager account and no API access.

Your ad spend, your keywords, your campaign data, your customers and your results are not visible to us at any point, unless you personally choose to paste something into a support email so we can help with it.

We do not sell your personal information

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Nobody is buying lists from us, and we do not trade access to our customers.

Who processes data for us

Like nearly every website, we rely on a few service providers. Each receives only what its job requires, and handles it under its own published privacy terms:

  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Vercel: website hosting and server logs.
  • Resend: transactional and opt-in email delivery.
  • Our database host: a managed PostgreSQL provider storing the account and order records described above.

How long we keep things

Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Your account and progress: for as long as the account exists. Support email: until the thread is resolved and a reasonable time after. Server logs: per our host's standard retention.

Your choices and rights, including deletion

Email support@ppc-profits.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Say what you want and we will do it. It is one mailbox and a human, not a portal with a queue.

Two honest caveats. Deleting your account also ends your access to what you bought, so we will confirm that you mean it before we do it. And we have to keep the accounting record of a purchase where tax law requires it, even after an account is deleted.

If you are in the EU, the UK, or a US state with a privacy statute, you may have formal versions of these rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection) and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. The informal route above is faster, and it works the same whether or not a specific law applies to you.

Children

This material is for people running or working in a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and the site is not directed at them.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who processes it, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. No silent edits.

That applies especially to the tracking section above. If we ever add analytics or an advertising pixel to this site, it gets listed here before it goes live.
